Amerindian reservations

This mod adds amerindian reservations as a vassal type to accelerate colonial ventures in the New World.
Reservation status can be offered to New World Savages by European nations, the best way to achieve it is to improve relations with the natives so they accept. They are a useful and historically (somewhat) accurate way to expand in the New World without declaring war left and right. Reservations are shortly explained as a cross between marches and trading cities.

Mechanics
  • Offering reservation status is only available to European nations (Western tech, or eastern tech who have either exploration or expansion ideas)
  • Reservation status can only be offered to the four american tech groups (north american, south american, andea and mesoamerican)
  • The more provinces the natives have, the least likely they are to accept (by three provinces it will be nearly impossible for them to accept)
  • France gets a small bonus when offering reservations
  • Spain, Castille and Aragon get a small handicap when offering reservations
  • Overlords cannot forcefuly change the religion or culture of reservations
  • Reservations cannot be annexed but are much less likely than other vassals to want independence
  • Reservations do not take a diplomatic slot
  • Reservations do not pay tribute but transfer trade, overlods can increase or decrease tarrifs to increase income
