Hero Lvl Cap 60, Troop Lvl Cap 50, XP to Lvl up 3/4 and Time Moves 15% Faster
Changes the hero level cap to 60 and Troop level cap to 50. Lowers amount of XP to level up to 3/4 or Original Game.
