Hello everyone, this is my first mod for project zomboid please do not judge strictly.
This base is conveniently located at the top left of the map from the city of Riverside.

Very suitable for those who play with the yacht mod

  • The base is surrounded by a high fence, you just have to make a normal gate.
  • There are shops on the base:
  • Tool shop
  • Grocery store
  • Gas station and shop at the gas station
  • Water well
  • A small hospital with medical supplies
  • Main house with armory, library, and clothing warehouse.
  • Parking lot.
  • There is no zombie spawn.
