Small town Stalinka
This 1940s-1950s residential is inspired from an existing pair of mirrored buildings in the mining town of Minyar, located in the Urals.
The courtyard side facades and entrances are improvised.
Self-heating is available.
Has 3 pedestrian connections, placed for practicality, not realism (which is quite a complication for L-shaped buildings).
Houses 66 adults at 85pc.
Updated with LOD.
Added an improvised straight variant so that you can make cute harmonious districts 🙂
