Depressing Office
Just a depressing suburban office building
This model contains a total of 7 floors including the following:
-Ground floor (lobby, Back of house spaces, and some office space)
-4 floors of office space
-1 vacant floor
-Penthouse
The building is constructed to be as realistic as possible, to the point of including ductwork and piping between the ceiling & structural framing, utility spaces like electrical closets throughout, and a complex structure of steel trusses/beams.
Note, this was created a very long time ago (like before Teardown had workshop integration or modding tools). Because of that, it is a completely static model. Not even the doors work.
I don’t intend to update it unfortunately as doing so would be an immense task with how poorly this project was organized.
