Tuned the natural Deaths

Dying from Old Age went up from above 60 to above 80 which I think makes more sense.

Less chance of people drinking themselfs to death since this was happening way too much for my taste.

Less chance of people dying from Malnourishment or Obesity since this was also happening too much for my taste.
