Improved Win Over
Currently when you achieve a high favor with an NPC that belongs to a faction, but that NPC has very high favor with their faction leader, they will deny your "win over" request saying they are too loyal to join you. This mod improves the win over option by removing this faction loyalty barrier. The win over should proceed as normal. Compatible with both english and chinese versions of the game
