Description:

A patch to adjust Rumpl4’s Dwarfs – The Underway for SFO.

Adding the edicts and edicts changes SFO added.

• SFO regular values are at Tier 2.
• You have sightly worst edicts at Tier 1.
• You have sightly better and better edicts at Tier 3-4-5.
• You gain oathgold at high level edicts.
• The building give charges of miners summons in the province.

The buildings are a bit cheaper and take one less turn to build than the lizardman one.
