Description:

If you’re running both Muslim Enhancements (ME) and More Game Rules (MGR) at the same time, Iqta governments aren’t able to change succession laws because of a conflict in the scripted triggers. This fixes that.

Load Muslim Enhancements first, then More Game Rules, then this after both.
