Mods Title Localization
This mod provides way to localize mod titles based on Enhanced Mod Manager.
You can have unified style for mods in the same category (e.g. World Wonders).
Currently it has 300+ Mod titles localized in Chinese. Other languages and other mods are welcome.
Besides, once Harmony in Diversity is enabled, you can see a small HD tag indicating the mods that recommended by Harmony in Diversity, which is very helpful when you playing that.
Note: If you want to provide more localizations for mod titles, go to "Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent2890702672533453", checkout the texts.sql. You need to transfer mod uuid to a tag, and convert tag to localized text. You can utilize `get_modinfo_helper.py` to obtain the uuid and original title in the modinfo.
