This is a Japanese MOD of the character "Vert" that appears in the game "Neptunia Series".
She is good at utilizing great musicians and early invasion wars, and is suited for cultural victories.
She seems to be a graceful and kind lady, but inside she is a serious gamer who loves games more than three meals a day. The goddess who protects the Leanbox.
The MOD creator is active on Twitter, Nico Nico Douga, etc. as "bizark22".
