I made this very simple mod for my personal use and decided to share here. Basically, it changes the name/gender/nationality of vanilla assistants, chairmen, drivers, engineers, journalists, mechanics, politicians, scouts and team principals to better represent their nationalities, fix inconsistent naming and remove culturally unrealistic names, while changing the ratio of women to men to better represent the heavily male-dominated racing world. No change to stats were made.

The changes vary across the game; assistants had their names fixed and improved, but their genders remained largely unchanged, while chairmen, drivers, engineers and mechanics had their gender changed to male in most cases. Journalists had very little change, even in terms of names. Some names were kept but fixed to better represent their RL usage, other were changed for realism or aesthetics.

At first, I tried to keep the male/female proportion as realistic as possible, but after some research I realized I’d have to remove nearly all women from the game, leaving but a few mechanics, assistants and journalists. I didn’t want to create a "males only" mod, so I decided to keep a varied ratio, going as high as 26:1 (chairmen) and as low as 5:1 (scouts), while keeping drivers at around 10:1. There’s higher proportions of women in GT championships, since there’s more women competing outside of F1, but they still around 8:1.
