Imperialize and Legitimize (Canon Version)

This submod adds more heroes to the Imperial Legitimacy mechanic from the New Disney Canon with more heroes coming soon. Certain heroes such as Gallius Rax, Randd and Rae Sloane will take a slot in Living Imperial Leaders in the Empire, allowing the Empire to have Co-Leader and backup if the main leader of that era is killed. Should Nivers be recruited by Zsinj’s Empire, he will now take a slot in Zsinj’s Empire’s Living Leaders, allowing for him to take command of Zsinj’s remaining forces and give more roleplay value to the faction if Zsinj and Melvar are killed in your GC playthrough.
