Quick Build
Simply reduces the time to build and upgrade HQ buildings to 1 week.
Needs a new game to work as is the rule for all database edits.
I made this to use along side other mods like ICE 2017 (much love to those guys) but the game does not handle multiple mods through steam workshop at all well.
