Improvements to Murder Scheme
Allows the "Invite to Murder" Option to be accessible always.
So you can force an Agent to join your Scheme by using the strong Hook you have on him, without having to hope the Button is selectable. Should be compatible with every mod that does not change the Murder Scheme.
