Equal start

This mod makes all teams equal in their championship (WMC teams still have better staring conditions than APS teams and so on…)
All teams will have the same chassis, same starting parts, same buildings. Drivers and staff capped to the number of stars relative to their championships (WMC : 4.5 stars, APS : 3.5 stars, ERS : 2.5 stars) while keeping their relative strengths and weaknesses. All drivers traits have been removed while staff keep their traits.
NOTE : This mod uses the Drivers, Chairman, Chassis, Default Parts, Engineers, HQ, Mechanics, Part Suppliers Sponsors, Team Principals ans Teams databases, as such you MUST start a new carreer to be able to use it, also it certainly won’t be compatible with other mods that changes databases.
