Description:

The Official Mod for the Crusader Kings III leg of the Grand Campaign 2! This mod will not be updated for future versions of the game, but the community are more than welcome to make their own version!

The story of a Grand Campaign is written in the senate, where Community-formed and led parties propose and vote on laws, that our developers have to follow on stream. This Grand Campaign spans the timeframe of four of our games, spanning several thousand years of alt-human history. Starting in the Crusader Kings era, all the way to Stellaris. In between games, we will transfer elements of one era to the next, so that the entire game is played in the same universe. This year, we’ve teamed up with some of your favorite modders, to make it that much more entertaining!

This mod kick starts our unique journey to the stars with a world filled with religious turmoil and hidden identity.

If you want to play along in true senate style, here are the passed rules and goals for this Era of our game!

RULES:
Extra income must be spent on farms/mines/quarries.
Goal is to improve the economy, so occasional expenditures outside of this are permitted for the sake of the military etc.
Must hold a feast every 7 years.
Failure to do so is punishable by attempting to pronounce Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch on stream.
“Forget” to do this one at least once, please. It’ll make for good engagement.
Marriages must result in children born of our dynasty.
Meaning no patrilineal marriages for our daughters.
Must prioritize the "Dwarf" trait whenever selecting a spouse.
Must compose an army primarily of MAA. Minimize levies however possible.
Armored Footmen, Caballeros, and Siege Weapons must be established first. Reinforce to 300 if income supports it.
Primary heirs must receive a Learning education unless they have traits that make it unsuitable.

GOALS:
Rename dynasty to Byzantius and create a new CoA for Dynasty, House, and primary title
CoA string is predetermined, check with GC staff for it.
Diverge culture into a new one called Nova Roman as soon as possible by changing a single Culture pillar.
Afterward, rename the capital to Nova Roma. The capital cannot be changed after this point.
Establish a new religion, Supreme Religion of the Dice Maiden
Sanctity of Nature, Chthonic Redoubts, and Pursuit of Power as tenets.
Set inheritance rights to equal.
Secure an elective succession law.
Establish Eastern duchies in Iberia, then expand into South Italy/Greece.
Enact Champion of the Faith of the Country of Basques decision.
Select "harmony with nature" option.
Return to Nova Roman culture afterward.
