Own an Abandoned Town: The Hub
This mod gives you ownership of the city of The Hub. You will be able to restore the buildings after buyingh them and build new sturctures in the "no build zone" of the vanilla version. however this mod also removes the shinobi thieves and The Hub Bar form the town as those faction owned buildings interfered with your buildable area in the city. The Rebel base to the north is still there however.
