[S**tmod] Free HQ and Car Parts
UPDATE 1/11/2017 : The mod has been updated for 1.5
This mod makes HQ buildings (+ upgrades) and designing new car parts free and instantaneous (=0 day). The tour centre, road car factory and theme park will also generate more income (to 8, 60 and 80 million per year respectively)
Be advised that components will still affect the price and duration of car part design. This mod will also affect components as of v1.5.
Note that this mod affects the HQ and parts prices for everyone in the game, including AI teams.
Of course this makes the game a bit easier, use at your own risks.
NOTE : This mod uses the Buildings and Parts database, as such, you MUST start a new carreer to be able to use it, also it might not be compatible with other mods.
