It just makes rocks better.

In the Tinted version, tinted rocks are easily visible. If you prefer tinted rocks that are harder to spot, try Just Better Rocks.

Evade Taxes changes not only the rocks, but also the game’s doors, spikes, pits, scenery, and UI. Even the Purist Edition mod keeps the spikes and some of the scenery.

In this mod, all of that is removed– this changes rocks. That’s it. If you’re interested in having all the extra stuff, check out the links below.

Huge shoutout to all of these mod creators. This mod is basically just a cross between the "Visible Tinted Rocks" and "Purist Edition" mods, without any of the scenery. These people did most of the work, not me.
