Description:

Runt is a standalone character mod that currently is in early stages (doesn’t have a tainted variant and may need balance tweaks or debugging)

Runt’s Stats begin with
Smaller Size
1 Red Heart Container
2 Broken Heart Containers
Higher Damage, Lower Tears (Dps Down)
Higher Speed

Runt begins with the items,
Blood Puppy,
Dog Tooth (but not damage up),
Adrenaline,
Shard of Glass
BUT while this may seem like several items to gain an advantage Shard of Glass and sometimes Blood Puppy can work against you more than they help if you aren’t careful.
