Hallway Greed
For when you’ve officially Had Enough of this guy stealing your shops.
This mod turns shops with Greed or Super Greed in them into bonus rooms, that when cleared will lead directly to the shop they tried to steal from you. Or in other words: the Greeds used to replace your shops, now they’re in addition to them.
As this change makes Rib of Greed and the Tarot Cloth’s Hermit bonus much less desirable, this mod also changes those somewhat. They will still prevent Greed, but:
- Rib of Greed now multiplies drops from destroying Shopkeepers. Has support for golden trinkets / Mom’s Box.
- The Hermit card with Tarot Cloth now makes one random shop item free when landing in the shop, on your first visit.
Think it’s a little too strong to get the Greeds’ drops before a shop? Why not use Mod Config Menu? With it, there’s an option that makes this mod only apply to Depths II (and its equivalents), to deal with the most annoying part of this mechanic without boosting your run strength too much.
