Description:

190 : I don’t know if he spawns or not, feels random. If you see him in the game, or wanna try it anyway : deactivate the mod, play 1 turn without the mod, then turn it back (around 195 or after 195 few years). If he spawned in 190 start (before 195) he will join you without the hocus-pocus.

If he is dead or not in any faction he won’t join obviously.
