Reduce Road Build Time

Description:

Roads take less long to build.

e.g. If you play first person you only need to do 1 action to build the road.
These values are changed:
fv.core.Road.config.buildTime = 1000
fv.core.Stone_road.config.buildTime = 2000

Orignal values are 20000 for normal road and 40000 for stone.
I’m not sure how the game uses these numbers.(time units, miliseconds, etc)
