本模组源自2014年左右VME论坛上的一个【中国警察】模组，现在中文互联网上已经很难找到。该模组装备和载具较为齐全，被很多国内服务器整合。本人并非模组制作者，且不清楚原作者是谁，上传此模组仅为方便各位玩家查找，本人不会制作模组，仅负责搬运，无法解决模组原有BUG。若原作者看到此模组，请及时联系本人，本人将立刻删除此模组。
本人取得此模组的途径为从某个服务器附加模组中进行解包，擅自删除了一些本人认为的冗余内容。在此建议配合【VME PLA】模组使用，以获得更好的体验。
经本人测试，该模组内大部分背心装具存在BUG无法使用，会造成极其糟糕的游戏体验，介意者谨慎订阅。本人近段时间将尝试自学模型制作，对该模组进行修复和优化，但由于课业繁重，计划不一定能完成。欢迎高技术力大佬自行解包该模组进行修复。
