Introducing Archipelago Universalis. Yes, everything is right with your eyesight, every province in Europe is an island. There are no straits (exept one vanilla strait because paradox’s code), you have to use boats 🙂

Also, new diplomatic idea group allowing you to raid stuff, AI can pick it too, remember 🙂
