Have a chance to reroll items into glitched items, becoming ‘scrambled’ Rubik’s Dice.
After fully recharging, it returns to ‘solved’ Rubik’s Dice.
Glitched item reroll chance is 16%
In ‘scrambled’ state it can be used without full charge, but will always reroll items into glitched items.
