What does it do?

- Hire a Court Tutor: If you have children in your court who is about to complete their education (read explanation 1)
- Hire a Court Jester: If you are stressed
- Hire a Seneschal: If you have lands which has low control
- Hire an Antiquarian: If you have 3 court artifacts
- Hire a Court Gardener: If your culture has the related tradition
- Hire a Court Artificer: If there are inspired people in your court
- Hire a Lady-in-waiting: If you are stressed Queen
- Hire a Keeper of the Swans: If you are the King of England
- Hire a Chief Qadi: If you are a muslim Sultan or Padishah
Explanations:
