Autocar Type U
The Autocar Type Us were a series of cab-over straight trucks and semi trucks built by the Autocar Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania between 1935 and 1952. This mod includes both straight truck and semi trucks, as well as some special variants, to allow players to start in earlier years than the game’s default dates. Note that you will need to change the start year of your save game or enable all vehicle years to use these vehicles, as all of these vehicles are obsolete before 1960.

The Type U Lowboy is a specially geared truck and heavy duty trailer capable of carrying heavy excavators and cranes at slow speeds to construction sites. Due to game limitations this vehicle is treated as an open-hulled vehicle with a 13t capacity.
