More Interesting Samson
This mod gives Samson a bit more flair by giving him a "rage explosion" gimmick, similar to Berserk with his Tainted form.
The idea behind this mod is a rework to Samson to make his character theming stronger and introducing a character gimmick.
Works in co-op and has EID support for the new Birthright effect.
Samson now starts with a dormant temporary damage boost that is awakened by a "rage explosion". The explosion is activated upon activating the final hit of Bloody Lust. Each kill adds +0.03 damage (up to a maximum of +1.8 damage) to the starting damage of the temporary damage boost. During the explosion, the damage boost wears off at a rate of about 0.03 a second.
The explosion also causes your tears to become red tinted based on how many kills you have.
With Birthright the maximum of the kill counter is increased to +3 damage.
This mod is the first in the series of More Interesting Character mods, a set of mods which aim to expand upon the gimmicks of the characters who felt incomplete. Currently the next one planned is Judas.
