A collection of personal/cosmetic tweaks to the Vodyani (esp. ship names and designs)

Changes

Renames all the base ship designs to a standard format (Scout, Attacker, Defender, etc.)

Adjusts the starting ship designs (weapons, defenses and support modules) to match my personal preferences.
