Easier Imperial Authority
This mod makes the Imperial Authority mechanics a less punishing, which makes them better fitted for the scale of the Immortal Empires campaign.
This mod should turn the modifiers into:
-1 for elector confederation
-2 for elector war
-1 for elector being destroyed
3 for elector revived
-2 for elector region razed
3 for elector region returned
