Дом 1 состоит из четырех строений:
1. 25-ти этажный дом на 150 квартир (300 рабочих);
2. 9-ти этажный дом на 54 квартиры (108 рабочих);
3. 9-ти этажный угловой дом на 36 квартир (72 рабочих).
4. 16-этажный дом на 112 квартир (224 рабочих).
Весь комплекс рассчитан на 352 квартиры.
Здание модульное, состоит из четырех частей, но вы можете строить как хотите, независимо друг от друга. Это было сделано из-за игровой механики, так как угловое здание не дает возможности построить что-либо во дворе.
Жилой комплекс состоит из четырех этапов строительства:
1 очередь: угловой дом №1 переменной этажности (25-9-9-16) на 352 квартиры;
2 очередь: угловой дом №2 переменной этажности (25-16) на 246 квартир;
3 очередь: дом №3 (17 этажей) на 246 квартир;
4 очередь: угловой дом №2 переменной этажности (25-16) на 246 квартир.

The whole complex is designed for 352 apartments.
The building is modular, consists of four parts, but you can build as you like, independently of each other. This was done due to game mechanics, as the corner building does not allow for building anything in the yard.
The residential complex consists of four stages of construction:
Stage 1: corner building No. 1 of variable number of storeys (25-9-9-16) for 352 apartments;
Stage 2: corner building No. 2 of variable number of storeys (25-16) for 246 apartments;
3rd stage: house No. 3 (17 floors) for 246 apartments;
Stage 4: corner house No. 2 of variable number of storeys (25-16) for 246 apartments.
