Bloodkiss, vampiric Influence
This small mod gives the high elves influence ability to all vampires factions. (not tomb kings)
You get influence by castle of drakenhof (+1 per level) and balefires (major regions only)
Compatible with everything, that doesn´t do exactly the same… so works with really everything.
Even save game compatible!
