Hidden Agendas Expansion

Inspired by Civilization 3’s and 4’s Civilization Traits, this mod brings unique abilities to the randomly selected Agendas at the beginning of the game (and in Gathering Storm, a second one, once Nationalism is unlocked)

These abilities are based off a selection of agendas, each inspired by the many aspects of the game and playstyles.

These agendas unlock strong abilities, such as Agrarian boosting the Food production of your Empire.

There are three game options:

– UNRESTRICTED AGENDAS : Removes all restrictions on agendas, meaning powerful combinations can emerge but conflicting agendas might also (a leader with a Historical preference for Strong Armies will also like you if you have a Weak Army if they rolled an appropriate agenda)

– NO AGENDA CAP : By default, all Agendas are limited to appear up to twice in any game, this disables it this restriction

– EXTRA STARTING AGENDA: By default, you get ONE agenda at the beginning of the game and ONE agenda with Nationalism. This option enables a SECOND starting Agenda.

This mod requires Gathering Storm.

At some stage in far future I hope to make elements work with every version of the game but that requires a lot of work.
