Welcome to Veritas et Fortitudo Restructae! VeF Restructae is a submod of VeF that focuses on balance and bugfixes, among other things. Currently still in the early stages, and so a bit rough around the edges, but even now mechanics have been overhauled and many bugs have been fixed.
Primary changes:
* Revamped coring (Populace Integration) – When conquering a new province, one of five populace integration modifiers are applied based on how the province views your country. Territorial cores are automatically granted when the populace has been pacified, and full cores can only be made when integration is complete. Overextension has been lowered accordingly.
* Overhauled governing capacity and autonomy – Almost every number has been adjusted, allowing more flexibility for the player and more intelligent AI when it comes to managing governing capacity.
* Redefined development – Development has been reinterpreted, and a brand new growth system has been implemented (both active and passive), including urbanization and land reclamation
* New Culture Conversion system, including a settlement system to spread your culture via moving your pops.
* A brand new Accepted Culture system (Cultural Administration) – You can now accept as many cultures as you want, but the governing cost of provinces of those cultures will take a huge hit if you don’t have improved Culture Administration.
* Overhauled diplovassalization – There are many more factors, the thresholds are more reasonable, it is easier to check reasons of potential nations, and the factors are thoroughly explained.
* Adjusted trade map – Restructae has new and rebalanced nodes, and many more centers of trade than VeF.
* Expanded and fixed up minorities and estates.
* Balance changes in many areas.
