Removed Kingdoms
‘k_sahara’, ‘k_anbiya’, ‘k_permia’, ‘k_khotan’, ‘k_himalaya’

Supported version is changed to "1.6.*".
Some red string at the Africa is gone. Maybe it won’t make some crash on previous save file, I’m not sure.

I couldn’t check the new titles that was added on 1.7.0. It’ll probably work fine.
