Ages and Splendor Expanded Abilities also by Culture
Hi, i made this mod to expand even more the abillities to be used not only by the Tag/Nation but also by their culture group, so for exemple the Guns of Urban were huge cannons created by a Hungarian men called Orban A.K.A Urban (yup it’s in the name) yet the ability is only usable by the Ottoman Empire, yes he did sell the cannons to them first but i always wanted to use them too so now Hungary and balkan nations can used them too.
Many abillities were changed for culture and Tag/Nation but other were not, some that are focus completely in just 1 Nation stayed like that, like Japan prosperity which wouldn’t make much sense to give to other cultures. As for the rest they are based on Neighboors, like Portugal colonial abillity can now be used by any Iberian, so if you decide to play as Galicia you can now use it too because since they are a neighboor in the same culture group it would make sense if you could learn it from them.
