Kinslayer Doctrine Fix
Having dynastic kinslaying illegal in your religion shouldn’t mean that familial and close kinslaying are merely shunned. They are ordered backwards in the code (close kin doctrine makes all 3 types illegal), this fixes that.
Confirmed this is still the case as of 1.9.
