Heart will now increase maximum health even if you have glass cannon
Works with the "Health Container" Mod too.

!!! KNOWN BUG: It removes half of the perks from the game so instead of a "100 or something" perk you only have like "40 or something" i guess its because the mod become abandoned in beta phase of the game.
Not so problematic but i recommend not using the mod for god runs or for testing things ONLY for runs when you want to have some fun with glass cannon!
I might try to fix that later but im not the creator so i promise nothing in advance

I did not made this mod! Original creator abandoned this mod 2 years ago and not uploaded it to steam.
Just wanted to make it more convenient to use this mod on steam by uploading it to workshop.
Now finally manual installation not needed and more people can find and enjoy it.
