Always Cast Anvil
Place a wand with an always cast on the anvil and either receive a usable spell copy of the always cast at the cost of the wand, or have the always cast removed. Behavior is configurable.
Wands can only be reforged once, some wands that do not extend the base wand behavior can not be reforged. A way around this if you’re absolutely desperate is to throw it on the anvil next to a wand that is forgeable. Any wand spawning naturally throughout the world is reforgeable.
Options:
Wand – The forge always returns only the wand.
Spell – The forge always returns the spells.
Random – You are at the whim of the forge.
