Easy Aggressive Expansion
Aggressive Expansion got you down? Ever get annoyed at how the AI seems very happy to just wail on you all the time? Don’t want to disable the system, lest you feel like a big ol’ cheater? No fret!
This simple mod does only two things;
1.) Increases the maximum yearly decay of Aggressive Expansion opinion up to 10 from 2.
2.) Removes the "Coalition" casus belli from them, making them more like defensive pacts rather than just bullies riling together to beat you senseless.
Now you can play with the AE system still enabled AND be able to have fun with it! You still need to be careful on your expanding, of course, coalitions now just serve as "attack any of us and we all get you".
This mod should stay compatible with any version of the game and any other mods that don’t add/change opinion modifiers or CBs.
