Great Stag Constructs
Expertly forged by the master-smith Daith in the heart of the Starlight Forge from volcanic steel and enchanted with intricate spells and wardings, these elegant cervine statues are bound with the souls of fallen forest spirits, allowing them a chance to exact vengeance on their killers.
The Stags of Vaul are a new construct/war beast unit for the wood elves that I accidentally made while working on other mods, so I thought I would release it into the wild. Unlike other wood elf units they combine heavy armour and speed (1300 g cost) They have high weapon strength and charge but awful sustained combat stats, best used to cycle charge or grind through chaff. As they are automatons they are unbreakable and immune to fatigue, but will suffer from malfunction as they take heavy damage. They have a defensive ability that triggers when losing combat that causes damage to enemies. They are very pretty.
They are recruitable ONLY from the forge of starlight, with the additional recquirement that an asrai forge is also present in the settlement. They are affected by same tech and skills as great stags
