The RPO-A is a single-shot, sealed tube-shaped launcher that functions similarly to the LAW anti-tank launcher, which is carried by two people in man-packs. Without help, one person may take out the tube, set it in the firing position, and fire the weapon. The launch tube is discarded after launch. Externally, all models are comparable. [8]
intended to defeat covert enemy locations for fire, neutralise weakly armoured vehicles, and eliminate enemy troops. A flamethrower’s aiming range is 600 metres with a diopter sight, 450 metres with an OPO optical sight, and up to 850 metres with an OPO-1 sight.
There are three distinct types of rockets, one of which is contained in each weapon. The RPO-A, which has a thermobaric warhead and is intended for soft target attacks under medium cover, is the fundamental rocket. The RPO-Z is an incendiary warhead (Russian: аиатeлн, Zazhigatel’nyy, Incendiary), which is intended to burn targets and spread flames.
The descriptions were almost ripped straight off of wikipedia i just rephrased them a bit.
This weapon can be used against lightly armored vehicles but is meant for infantry.
