What is this?
Its a body cam system that allows the person with permission to view all the other players on the server, useful for coordination and has a bunch of tools:
- View others POV with 3 different positions (Top of the helmet, side of the helmet and weapon barrel) or vehicles if they are in a vehicle.
- Ability to turn on/off night vision for the body cam.
- Body cam zoom up to 10X.
- Ability to go semi-full or full screen.
I can say its sophisticated enough to cover most needs, if you got any ideas send them my way.
Also some cool little details about sounds:
- Double beep sound when being viewed.
- Zoom in/out sounds when your camera zoom is being controlled.
I hope you enjoy this while it lasts, since Bohemia won’t allow this to run on their servers so sadly I can’t ever convert it into a suitable form for Public servers.
There is a video to teach you + there is an info box in the Gcam system itself that you can use to learn how to operate this system, anyways I will just explain how you run this as Zeus (if you are a player watch the video or check the panel info button):
- Zeus goes into the compositions tabs and places the composition.
- A GUI display will appear for him, he can then select which player should have permission to use the system.
- Upon selecting the player, the selected player will be notified that they got access granted.
