The Yakuza
Adds the character Kiryu from the Yakuza series to the game.
Kyriu is a legendary ex-yakuza hiding from his own regrets.
A fearsome fighter that excels at gaining power during the combat. The mod tries to capture the mechanics from the original brawler games above all else, with a focus on fun mechanics and interactions and some consideration for balance.
Features
- 80 new Cards inspired by the Yakuza Series.
- 12 Relics (1 Starter, 3 Common, 3 Uncommon, 3 Rare, 2 Boss)
- New potions, 3 class specific (2 common and 1 uncommon), 1 uncommon and 2 rare
- 20 Special relics, collect clan badges from dangerous foes to become a true legend.
- A new special event to test your Yakuza might against a worthy rival.
- Russian (BehindTheMemes), Simplified Chinese (LS_Naix & laiweifeng1), Japanese (sonoda944) and English localization.
Main Themes
- Heat Levels: Gain power to execute powerful moves while avoiding losing HP.
- Minigames: Random beneficial effects from cards with utility and draw, spam cards like never before.
- Equipable Items: Grab a motorbike to bonk enemies.
Sub themes
- Retaliate: Play random attacks from your draw pile at no cost, make sure there is something to attack with.
- Weave: Avoid HP loss for the current turn.
- Dragon Form: Escalate ALL your buffs at a very steep cost.
