Description:

This sub mod will re-enable climate penalties to settlements for all factions.

Climate penalties are removed in the main Sandbox Initiated mod by default so this submod will reverse this.

I strongly recommend enabling the "Climate Restriction" setting under "Placement Options" in the MCT menu when this sub-mod is enabled in order to have the best experience.
