I have learned how to edit anm2 files. This is not a good thing.

This mod includes a suspicious death animation and unique death sfx, with multiple unique death animations for each of Isaac’s skin alts and several characters!

NOTE: this mod is not compatible with other mods that alter 001.000_player.anm2, but it should work with everything else
