• If you want to change the culture of the province
• If you want to change the religion of the province
• If you want to add troops to a province
• If you want to establish a trade center in a province
• Then please click the panel of provinces to improve manpower
• As shown in the figure

• 如果你想更改省份的文化

• 如果你想在某个省份添加一直军队
• 如果你想在某个省份建立一个贸易中心
• 那么请你点击省份的面板，提升人力
