Your vehicle actually did do exactly what it was suppose to do, but Teardown’s physics system is not deterministic, meaning that there will be very very slight differences even with perfect inputs. No, I can’t fix it, but I can recommend 2 other mods that might solve your problem.

You can’t control anything that isn’t steering, driving, or the handbrake. You can not use the forklift to raise things, and you can not use the Tank to fire. This is not something that can be fixed with the current Modding API.
Also, vehicles with multiple parts may glitch.
